Shenandoah House about 5 minutes walk from the beach and is close to local shops, restaurants and cafes. It is also within walking distance to the Turner Gallery and Dreamland. "Our second stay at this well placed, clean, comfortable hotel near Ramsgate. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Our room was large, comfortable bed, very clean. The bar area has lots of comfortable seating, TV. The breakfast is possibly the highlight, plenty of choice including full cooked option which you help yourself to. Well cooked, hot, eat as much as you like. Parking could be an issue, especially for later check-ins, probably because this hotel is very popular, easy to see why."

"Newly refurbished room with new very comfortable beds plus hard and a soft pillow. Only stayed one night so commenting on breakfast. It’s ground floor light airy space or sit outside. Choice of cereals, breads, pastries etc. plus great menu of cooked food. I wasn’t going to have anything hot but I was persuaded and it was made up of what I like and perfect. "
