Stunning seaside home with direct beach access and unrivalled views. 3 double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Charming secluded garden with garden shower. Located adjacent to the promenade and 5 minutes from Margate station, shops, cafes, pubs, and the Turner Contemporary gallery. This is the nearest house in Margate to the sea. Direct views over the sea and towards Margate sands and Turner Gallery from here also.

This contemporary house is an ideal base for a memorable seaside holiday. All mod cons. 3 double bedrooms, two with en suites and one large family bathroom.
Secluded rear garden with hot and cold outdoor shower. Have a drink on the glass balcony to catch Turner's famous sunsets.
