Very popular area on the Island for public beach access. The pool and lanai area have a NW exposure which means sun all day. The master bedroom boasts of a king sized bed, walk in closet and separate tub and shower in the master bath. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom with tub/shower combo. The upstairs bedrooms have a queen bed and a set of twins respectively. Each also having their own bathrooms. The view from the upstairs balcony is spectacular and the downstairs patio has not only seating for 6 but also chaise loungers out on the pavered deck. This home is one you will want to come to year after year. Close to not only the beach but shops and restaurants makes this home the perfect getaway. The beautiful house was perfect for our group of family & friends (7 adults, 1 child). The screened pool was fantastic & had pool noodles & other toys. Plenty of room for all of us.
Very large spacious rooms / very clean / excellent furniture with comfortable beds / excellent location / easy to check in / great location / well stocked ! Everything was perfect
Wonderful property right on the doorstep of tigertail. Property manager responded promptly to an issue with pool heater and had it nice and warm. Well laid out property for two families with kids.
This house is so clean and well equipped that it’s hard to imagine renters occupying it on a consistent basis. Every beach chair, wagon, bicycle, umbrella was sand free, rust free and no broken pieces! Spotless inside and out. Very friendly and helpful owners. I hope to return in the future.
House was exactly as listed. Enough space for 8 adults, a bathroom for each bedroom and pool was outstanding...we used it everyday. Extremely quiet neighborhood. A minute drive to the parking lot and then a 15 minute walk to Tigertail beach. Saw a manta ray and a manatee at the beach. All restaurants in the area were outstanding...the service was great and the food was very very good. Davinci, Snook Inn, Mango's Dockside Bistro, Joey's pizza, Marco Island Brewery and CJ's at the Bay. We took the Key West Express day trip which was a great time. We also rented CraigCat catamaran boats from Marco Island Eco Tours to tour the mangroves throughout the Everglades..what an experience! A very nice and relaxing vacation.
The property was in a beautiful location. The home was set up nicely. My issue is with the maintenance of the home. I expected to have a much better experience with cost of this rental for a week. One bedroom had electric shades that would not go up so the relaxing view from the second floor Deck could not be used. The dining room chairs were worn bad and was like sitting on a bench w/o cushion one of the armchairs had arm that was not connected and just feel off when pulling the chair out leaving broken wood exposed that was getting caught on clothing and splinters. The three lounge chairs on the rear dock/deck were all sun dried and cracked. They were not usable, the shelf in the refrigerator was broken making it hard to open the drawer. Blinds in the dining area were broken so they could not pull up. The ceiling fan from the outside dining area was on the floor in the garage and just an open electric box on the ceiling showing exposed electrical box (as an electrician this is not good with water splashing from the pool!!). One bath has a cracked toilet seat. I contacted the number provided for maintenance issues on the day I arrived June 18th right after I did a walk through, and photo documented all the broken or non-working items in the home. I was told that the electric blind was broken from the day it was installed and that they could not get the installer to return to repair it. Also, they would send me an email to list the issues I was having, and someone would be in touch with me on Monday June 20, never received a reply. I am hoping the owner Mr. P***o sees this review and notices how terrible his property manager is doing.
