"Great location, easy access can't go wrong here"

"A great guest house with easy access to the sites of Edinburgh"

"Just only the much hot water comes from tabs, but rest of the things are excellent"

"Nice hotel and good rooms. But total failure from hotel/hotels.com that I was promised breakfast included and there was no breakfast despite saying so on booking. So bad and will demand reimbursement."

"We stayed for an entire week and loved our stay. James and Amanda were very kind and helpfull and made a delicious fresh breakfast every day. The room was nice, clean and tidy. The location was perfect for visiting Eninbrugh while also visiting other cities by rental car, because we could park for free. Highly recommended!"
