Though the inside is a dream come true, make your way out back and you will find a fabulous custom pool on the edge of the dock overlooking the canal! If you don't feel like going inside after a day by the pool, grill up some fish on the gas grill and take advantage of the over-sized fish cleaning table to prepare the days catch! After the sun dips below the horizon, step back through the sliding glass doors and watch a movie on the 55-inch flatscreen TV while cozying up on the plush couches. Everyone will drift to sleep to the sound of the water nearby and recharge for the next day's activities!

You can easily get out on the water with one of the local fishing, boating, or diving charters. This home is within a couple of mile drive to many local shops and restaurants and several local attractions, like the Dolphin Research Center, Florida Keys Aquarium, Seven Mile Bridge, and Sombrero Beach. The Curry Hammock State Park is located five miles away and it offers protected waters that can be easily explored by kayak or paddleboard. You can also try your hand at kiteboarding, windsurfing, shallow water fishing, and hiking!

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
