He was intrusive and rude, to the point where we were made to feel very uncomfortable. Such a shame as our experience could have been very different otherwise. I would suggest he give guests more space and not be so overbearing in terms of how they use the property and their expectation's on the guests. Questions over the use of the pool and air-conditioning felt abrasive...

"Absolutely stunning location and decor, fantastic breakfast and good music round the pool. Full of well thought out places to relax. Loved it. Bathrooms were a tiny bit dated but all the public areas and relaxation spaces were first class. "

There’s a strange, tense atmosphere that’s hard to ignore. It’s a pity, because the hotel itself is lovely and the breakfast was delicious. However, the staff all seemed stressed or sad, which took away from the overall experience.

"The hotel itself is very good. Staff are great. Buffet breakfast plentiful. Shuttle to the beach is convenient every hour as too far to walk in the hot sun. The charge for beach chairs and umbrella is cheaper than other spots. The beach is very nice. No rocks or seaweed. Nothing around the hotel so taking taxis gets expensive though if you catch the last shuttle the driver will drop you off at the small town which is very nice and you can catch a bus into the port area. The pools are great but close at 8 pm. There was always a breeze which makes this island a favourite."
