"We stayed in room 18 and it was definitely not sound proof. We heard all the noise from the street, people walking up the stairs, and noise from other rooms. The breakfast was very minimal and hardly enough for a fully booked hotel. The pool was not cleaned and there was hardly any shade. However, I must add that the hospitality and customer service was top notch. I would say that it seems like a new hotel that still needs some improvements."

"Five night stay in mid June. Location is great, set up on the hill but within walking of the closest beach and very quiet. Our unit was upstairs with a private patio with a view to the ocean. Room interior appears to have been recently updated with fresh paint and a new, modern bathroom, crisp white linens and tasteful minimalist decor. Everything was immaculate. The owner was very attentive to our requests for silverware, sponge and dish soap so that we could utilize the kitchen area...

"This is and exceptional property and we cannot say enough how nice and clean it is! The free breakfast is fantastic and made to order and delivered to your balcony, ours faced the ocean. The staff is incredible and Dina at the front desk is an amazing customer oriented person. She helped make our stay here unforgettable. There is an upscale restaurant on site and a phenomenal restaurant a few short steps up the road which was great. Would very much like to come here again!"
