Top Maquoketa Hotel Reviews
Wyndham Garden Galena Hotel & Day Spa
8/10 Good
"Very nice hotel, room was clean but our shower had black hairs on the walls (I’m blond and my husband’s bald). I was very turned off by this. Otherwise the staff, especially Emily, were very pleasant and the location was great, only a couple of miles from their Main Street!"

The Steamboat House Bed & Breakfast
8/10 Good
"Carol is very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Room and bathroom were clean and bed was comfortable. The front porch and yard were kept nice and inviting. The seasonal Halloween decoration inside the property was outstanding. This was our first time staying in Bed N Breakfast facility so I'd compare with my experiences with Hotels. Though I've chosen their best and only room with balcony, I felt cramped in the room, there wasn't much space around the queen size bed. A 19 inch TV was on the dressing table and a small table fan. Though the balcony was nice and wooded view was decent the screen were very dirty. Evening wine was good served with cheese, crackers and grapes. Night hot water and assortments of tea bags as well as morning coffee were decent. If I go back there, I would definitely consider this place again."
