2/10 Terrible

"Our room air conditioning/heating unit was LOUD, with constant rattling sound, staff were unresponsive to complaints, room was dirty, floors looked like recently painted walls and dried paint splatters on floors never cleaned up. Bed spread was stained with who knows what! No complimentary toiletry items in bathroom, one empty toilet tissue roll with the cardboard tube left on the holder. The elevator was filthy and the button pad on wall for floor selection was caked in dirt and grime. When we went to front desk the attendant was disinterested, unresponsive to complaints and spoke poor English. Avoid this dump at all costs!"
