"The staff was exemplar! We needed a taxi at 4:00AM in the morning, and the front desk guy patiently helped us, he called around and did his best to see if he could arrange one. We got to our bus terminal on time becuz of him. All in all, a bang for your buck, and hospitable. "

"We stayed as a stopover on a cross-Italy drive. The weather was not so good so our enjoyment of the exterior was limited. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The pillows could have been a little fluffier. A little strange that the shower had a window to the rest of the room, but when in Rome…. Heat controls were made at the desk we assume to cut costs, but it was a little strange as well. We wish some spa services were included which would have justified the cost for this...

"A lovely country home, with some rooms that have a lake view from the balcony -gorgeous, with a very relaxed vibe! We used the pool immediately upon our arrival which was refreshing after traveling, and it had a view of the lake, as well as the chickens and goat on the farmette. "A small hotel with a fabulous and very popular lakeside restaurant. Mainly used by Italians but with a handful of international guests. The staff are very friendly and the food possibly the best Italian we’ve ever enjoyed anywhere. We dined lakeside while watching otters and various birds in the lake very close by. We stayed for one night before driving to Civitavecchia to pick up a cruise (about an hour) and we would love to return one day. "

"A lovely place but more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. They don't offer dinner and from what I could tell you can't order drinks, snacks etc Check in was easy albeit a little brief. Main gripe is there is no Wi-Fi in bedrooms only in the reception area which isn't stated in the hotel description .
