"Desafortunadamente llegamos cerca de las 11 de la noche al Hotel , y el encargado del mismo no le notificó al velador que tenía una reservación para nosotros y fue todo un caos hacer válida . Nuestra reservación . Tuvimos que reportar a la compañía , sólo porque el encargado de ver las reservaciones hechas a través de la aplicación , no notificar al personal que se queda a cargo del Hotel. Después de la atención de los representantes de la compañía pudimos descansar, pero si fue algo molesto...

"Went to make coffee first morning coffee pot was busted, no bottom. No tea towel to dry dishes, no hand towel in bathroom and no pool towels, used our bath towels for the pool. We weren’t told that there is a charge to clean our room at the end of our stay, was a complete surprise. Expedia you need to let your clients know of the charge."
