Nice accommodations great price

For the price we paid. It was very good accommodations. The restaurant on site has typical Mexican food and breakfast. We enjoyed all the meals that were prepared at this hotel.

The room was very nice. I could hear the waves crashing at nice, and there was a balcony to see the beach. The cleaning ladies were very nice and did a good job cleaning. The place was also very safe. There is no microwave nor fridge, so keep that in mind. My only gripe was with the shower. The water pressure was very very bad, but other than that, everything was amazing.

Lovely hotel staff friendly and helpful. Ocean view from our room wonderful. Very nice pool. Beach not for swimming but great for long beach walks. Weather was perfect, not too hot and never cold.

A very nice hotel if a little worn. Centrally located with a nice beach, although most of the time swimming is not advised because of the heavy surf. You might not want to get a room facing the ocean if the pounding of the waves keeps you awake at night.

The property is larger than I thought. Check in was quick. English speaking staff were very obliging. Restaurants vary from outdoor, courtyard, formal dining room. Large swimming pool on the ocean. Located close to bus stops to take you downtown, wallmart, home depot, Sam's, restaurants, etc. We stayed on the property except 1 trip downtown. Room was newly furnished and clean. Tables by the pool to sit and enjoy sunsets and the freighters. This is where we will return when visiting Manzanillo next year.

I’m not fully satisfied with the location. It said it was beachfront which I assumed we could go to the beach there but it wasn’t allowed since it is beach front in an area where swimming is not allowed because it’s deep waters.

Staff was excellent, rooms were kept clean.only negative item was that the ad for the trip clearly stated that there was a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel,but there wasn't!we were at the mercy of high rates of taxi costs from the airport to the hotel!we were told that there hadn't been any shuttle service for years!!the hotel should update this info on their ads!Plus a lack of small coolers to keep items cool in the rooms!But everything else was great,Staff was excellent!!
