"The shuttle bus from Narita Airport to the hotel was very easy, check-in was smooth (although finding the elevator to floor 10 and higher was tough), and the room was spacious and comfortable. The convenience store has the basics. The restaurant has an Italian buffet at dinner, which looked delicious but we were too tired after our flight from the US East Coast (with a layover in Canada) to eat that type of meal. "
