This is the second year we have stayed at this hotel for Memorial Day weekend, I love that the rooms do not have carpet, the bathroom is decent sized and has great water pressure as well as hot water. The beds are on the stiff side but I feel it’s expected and did not bother us, we all did not complain of any back pains. "Very good value for price paid. Room was clean and updated in some areas otherwise decades old. Property location is not really convenient for a cyclist riding the GAP as it's on a major highway 2-3 miles away. Walking to restaurants was not convenient nor safe, but I managed. Luckily there is a diner right next door. If you have a car it's all good. For a cyclist, I'd recommend literally anywhere else."

"We were a group of 16 with one wheel chair person and people from all around the USA. Matt was great to communicate with. :-). He was responsive and fast. Place was as advertised. It's a great 80's retro place. There is some deferred maintenance but it did not interfere with our stay. "Driveway is a little intimidating, but going slow is the key. The cabin is lovely and comfortable. Everything you need is there except a microwave, I’m not a big fan, so OK with me. Kitchen is well stocked with spices, silverware and dishes. My biggest compliment is that I didn’t want to leave! Could have stayed weeks, once I got used to be unconnected. Great place! "
