"Great availability for a handicap accessible room. Located so close to Latrobe hospital, where we needed to go. You need a car, public transportation, not available. Order food to be delivered by DoorDash and was able to wait in the lobby and eat it there. Desk staff was so helpful when they didn’t give us silverware. Breakfast is really good, oatmeal, egg, omelettes, real bacon and sausage. Bottles of water are free at the desk and, while that may seem like a small thing, it was such a giant help! Only negatives are that I do wish the handicap room had a roll in shower instead of just hand grips. And our toilet was clogged and the staff came and unclogged it, perfectly fine. But they left the plunger for some reason and it’s not there for two days because I was expected to take it back to the desk and I wasn’t doing that!"
