"We always stayed at Hamptons when our kids were little but hadn't booked a stay in years. We booked at a Hampton about an hour from this one at Mansfield and we were seriously disappointed. Thought we would try it one more time on our way back through and we were so glad we did. This Hampton Inn was excellent! "The Mohican Lodge and surrounding areas for walking/running/hiking is just a perfect weekend getaway. My husband and I spent the weekend there for a half marathon race. The trails around Pleasant Hill Lake are spectacular. The lodge itself is very nice, rooms are comfortable, food choices are good and the staff is very accommodating.
