"Stayed at hotel for 2 nites to celebrate anniversary Room was lovely comfy pillows beautiful roomy bathroom all very clean Have never had such thick fluffy huge towels Food was good Staff were outstanding especially Oliver so friendly professional hard working Location is beautiful on the beach Would definitely recommend a stay"

"On the whole our stay was a very pleasant experience. Our room was light airy and cool in the heatwave. The beds clean and comfortable. Decent shower/ bath. Not sure if the small towel in the bathroom was a hand towel or bathmat. The only disappointment was the very basic breakfast, just flake or some round cereal. No muesli, yoghurt, and NO fruit. Bananas are the cheapest fruit going. The cooked breakfast, made to order was good . Nice to have use of the large garden. Few minutes walk to the sea with pasing buses to take you back up the hill "

"Fantastic holiday with the whole family, grandchildren did not want to leave.Spectacular views and close to Bexhill and Eastbourne.Lovely pool and pool area the outdoor shower was a bonus.The host Steve could not have done more, always in touch if you need him."

"Weather was great went to visit my grandchildren who live nearby pod was great could do with a good clean on outside and decking was abit wobbly would come again good price for what it was the bed really clean toilets and showers considering how many people on site"

"Perfect location next to seafront theatre and local restaurants.nice room bed a bit small and lots of stairs to room 9,friendly staff and breakfast was excellent top notch produce very tasty, would use again if staying in Bexhill."

"The main image on this property is from the town itself as the property is located in an alley behind some shops. We weren't sure what to expect but as soon as you open the door, you get a good clean apartment with a small kitchen (no stove) and a clean and well appointed bathroom. The Wifi was terrible and I would suggest an update on that service or just making a note on the listing that it is not great to stay connected for any length of time. Would book this again if not in need of connectivity. Roberto was fabulous to deal with for check in instructions as we were going to be late getting into Bexhill. He even went over and above trying to assist in finding our next location when that place wasn't available for more than the night booked. Thank you again."

"MIchelle was a wonderful hostess. Greeted us warmly and made sure we had everything we might need in our room. She was kind enough to suggest nearby breakfast that was wonderful. She also gave us several suggestions for dinner. Pebbles was excellent. Very thoughtful hostess and wonderful stay."
