"Really nice place to stay for a long weekend"

"The room was adequate and as advertised. There is a large Sainsbury’s across the street making it simple to get groceries at a reasonable price. There are also two bus stops that can take you into downtown nearby. As for amenities, I didn’t have access to most of them because they are in the other building and my key fob didn’t work there. Other than the day I checked in, I was completely unable to contact the management team which caused several issues. "

"Lovely, cosy, quirky little place in a very quiet part of town. It has everything I needed for my stay. Only stayed 1 night for work purposes but wanted to stay longer. Rod was very welcoming and throughly nice chap."

"Great place, well equipped ! Close to train station, city center, university. We are family with 2 kids, we had a good stay there. "

"The Host cancelled my booking 3 hours before the booking. I was already on the train making my way there, I had to book another hotel, and spend more money than I anticipated "

"We had a wonderful long weekend in this property and certainly hope to return sometime in the future. The garden was absolutely beautiful and my grand children loved it , the views were terriffic. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotbtub was great after endless walks around Brighton. The property was very close to Brighton which was handy."

"I cannot comment on my stay as when i areived at the property there was no instructions no host tge number i was given for the host was non existent and the email address wasnt active. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone in my honest opinion its a scam."

"A lovely flat in a great location. The only thing that let it down was the communal hallway, which was very dirty and had a lot of rotting rubbish left at the bottom of the stairs. It was very smelly, with flies buzzing about and this took the edge off the stay. Property manager was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had. Would stay again if the communal area was sorted. "

"What stood out most was the cleanliness, and lovely added touches that the lovely owners had added to make it extremely comfortable and home from home will definitely recommend, and also my little dog felt very much at home. "

"Staff was incredibly accomodating which is especially great as we had a 5y old with us. Always nice, rooms are clean and beds are comfy, easy to access as well & parking right in front (paid-for but worth it for a weekend). Train station 1 min walk away, highly recommend!"

"The sofitel is right by the North terminal only a short walk from the terminal building. We arrived after midnight due to a late flight but were checked in quite quickly. Room was a pleasant standard hotel room. We did not use any facilities as we had to leave first thing the next day so cannot comment on the rest of the hotel. "

"It’s in the name! A Grand hotel. The best hotel I have stayed in the uk. Greeted by a lovely gentlemen who help with our luggage and was very helpful. We stayed in a junior family suite and the room massive it was also clean, modern with a lovely sea view you can enjoy from your balcony. Breakfast was very nice with lots of options with very friend staff, like the rest of the Grand Team."

"Breakfast was excellent- glad I opted to adding it to my booking. Great location. Super convenient if you are on a 12 hours layover… the hop on shuttle was easy and very affordable and it gets you to and from the hotel and airport very easy and it’s only 10 minutes away. Overall a great experience."
