"This is a tired property, there was a hole in the floor covered by lino. Things broken and cracked. Yes, perfect location for ammeneties etc. But in room 1, do not stay. Things are rusty, shelves missing. Bed you can feel springs. "

"Perfect central location in the middle of the Lanes area. A spacious apartment with a comfortable bed, great sized lounge and kitchen and a good bathroom. Shower was good, great water pressure. Bedroom a very good size too. A great choice for a couple of days staying in Central Brighton."

"The host could not have been more helpful, it was a real pleasure! The apartment was lovely and clean and a good size. The apartment also had everything that we needed provided. The location was great with amenities within a short drive and lots in the local area to explore. Extra touches provided such as fresh milk, some chockies and popcorn for the children. "Property was perfect, cosy and comfortable. It has everything you need inside. The little added extras were a sweet touch ( cheese and crackers, jug of milk, bottled water). Location is superb, lots to do around the Area, nice pubs. Great communication with the owner. Didn't want to leave. I stayed with my 2 children and my dog. Would definately stay again."

"A perfectly situated flat in the heart of Brighton; well maintained, clean and comfortable. Our host was fabulously attentive and answered all our questions very quickly, and was extremely approachable. The flat is literally on the doorstep of shops restaurants bars and the beach! A great little getaway for a fabulous few days! The perfect find! We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and stress free."

"We stayed for 3 days after our 14-night cruise and were able to wash and dry all our clothes. The washing machine was very handy. The provided clothes hanger had seen better days but we made it work. The location was fabulous and close to heaps of restaurants and pubs. We caught the local bus to Lewes for fun and had a great day. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. We would recommend to stay here. "
