Because of her excellent customer service, my stay in this hotel has been excetional pleasant and wonderful. All staff at this hotel are always willing to answer all the quires and provided exceptional service. I will come back to this hotel whenever I am in Vienna. "Maybe one of the best hotel gyms I've ever seen. It's been updated recently so the pictures don't show how well equipped it is. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The location is a 9 min walk to the train station. Then you're in the center of everything in basically 5-10 mins. I spent a week in Vienna and you really can't beat the value you get from the Social Hub. "

"I am so glad that my friend and I stayed here during our stay in Vienna. Check in was a breeze, especially with their online process before hand! Definitely take advantage of it. The coffee machine in the lobby that is available for a big chunk of the day was lovely. The room was spacious and clean and very modern! All of the kitchen amenities were awesome! The staff was beyond helpful and kind, especially when I realized I hadn’t booked my stay long enough and needed an extra night. The area around the hotel was nice, lots of restaurants (highly recommend The Nice Guys and Coffee and Friends) and grocery and a quick 10 minute walk to a U line and 5 minute walk to a bus station. Would stay here again in a heart beat! "
