"This is more of a condo style BNB, which is fine but I don’t think we were expecting to be that one of the only obvious tourists here. Parking is hard to find, especially as a guest and there are no dining options nearby (walking was limited as we had kids and elderly with us). I recommend catching Grab service/taxi at the entrance of the road instead of them coming into the rotunda due to lines at the guard house and the rotunda can be blocked for several minutes. "Grace's place is one of the nicest, best-located, and most valuable of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, and modern, had everything we needed to feel at home and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and a few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful condo unit. "The apartment was nice. Better than I expected. I like how close the property was to the tourist attractions, but there’s a few cons for the property. The whole building is infested with roaches from the hallways to the Alfa store. From time to time these critters get inside the apartment. You have to take out the garbage daily to avoid them from coming in. Leave no food out. Taxi drivers beginning fees is 200 pesos instead of 40 pesos. The door man won’t let you in or out of the the residence...
