"the night guards on duty were very helpful. I appreciated having a refrigerator and hairdryer. the room was spacious enough and quiet. the owners are very hard to get a hold of. I wanted to extend but couldn't get a hold of them. they asked for 500php cleaning fee however the guards on duty told me that all is paid for so was a bit confused. I also left a cell phone in the room and was not able to call the number given. Also the tv was not working or I didn't know how to work it? "

"It was very unpleasant walking in. When we walked in the unit smelled of fish and the washroom smelled like sewage. The unit is nice and the owner was very help and accommodating because we had to switch to a different unit. Very noisy though and you can hear people from upstairs or in the units beside you. Good if you’re only staying for a day or two. "
