"I really enjoyed my stay at this property. I had a very early check in and there was no problem obtaining the key. The building has security 24 hours a day which gave me a good sense of security. Located with a 5 minute walk to the train station. And 10 minute walk to the mall. Plenty of great restaurant choices. I would rent again on my next trip to Manila! Keith B."

"This unit is nothing more that a college dorm style room. All the owners property is still in the unit. You barely have 1 shelf to unpack your clothes so all 3 of our suitcases were in the living room if that's what you want to call it. The owner waited until we arrived to tell us the rice cooker and hot plate didn't work. You could not cook in this unit. Nor will they let you use the wash machine. The cupboards are licked up and there are a few dishes in the tiny refrigerator of all places for...

Would definitely book again whenever I come back to the Philippines. Very close to the malls and plenty of places to eat or just at stay in the unit and cook."
