"Review: Wir verbrachten in der Unterkunft einen 10-tägigen Urlaub im August 2023 und waren insgesamt 7 Personen: 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (alle unter 10 Jahre alt). Uns ist es leider aufgrund zahlreicher Umstände und Geschehnisse und vor allem der Art, wie von Seiten der Vermieter und der Agentur aus damit umgegangen wurde, nicht möglich, mehr als 2 Sterne zu geben. Geplant war eine Ankunft gegen 16 Uhr und uns wurde versichert, dass uns ab 16 Uhr das Betreten des Hauses möglich sein wird....

"The hostess was very charming and helpful. The barbecue area with large shaded tables and chairs plus the immaculate 2 m deep pool were great for hosting a small dinner party. No house or farm within sight or hearing -exclusive countryside privacy. We disagree with an earlier review about the ants: own fault! If food, even bread crumbs, drops from a drink are left not cleaned, the ants will come within hours. Up to guests alone to keep house and outside barbecue area well-cleaned. We had no...

"Would not hesitate to recommend this home from home stay. We had such a peaceful family holiday. No need for us to leave the place as it had everything we needed. 6 adults relaxed in a fruit filled garden, swam in a good sized pool, drank fresh water from the well in the kitchen daily. "This villa is great for those wanting an idyllic Mallorcan retreat. Great facilities and spotlessly clean. Owner visits on a Tuesday and Friday to clean pool and take any rubbish. Pool isn’t heated but we took a dip several times (it was a little chilly). Only minor negatives were the location (Algaida is nearest town 90 mins walk away) but you know this when booking. "My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights, and the only problem we had was that it wasn't long enough! The house is absolutely gorgeous, exactly as pictured/described if not better - it's really spacious and stays nice and cool inside if you keep the shutters closed during the day. "Excellent facilities, exceptionally clean, new sunbeds, great pool area, vast breakfast choice, excellent happy staff, comfortable bedroom. Reasonably priced drinks at the bar. Freshly cooked lunchtime menu by the pool. The only negative is the toilet cubicle in the bedroom is very small, open plan with a glass door and limits privacy. I wouldn’t let this put me off coming again though!"
