"Disappointing - beware. We booked a Double Deluxe room at a very high rate at this hotel and were told at check-in that we were being given a “double upgrade” to a Jr Suite. "A very good adults only holiday resort with friendly helpful staff, 340 rooms in low level buildings set in 4 blocks around the gardens and pool area, all kept immaculately clean and tidy. Large comfortable rooms, en-suite shower and toilet with Wi-Fi, TV and fridge. Kettle, cups and glasses supplied but no tea or coffee. Large bar area with reasonably priced drinks and snacks. "4th time I’ve been there and generally would highly recommend. Although worth noting, buying through a third party, the Spa isn’t included. Unfortunate the air con wasn’t working very well and they had to break into my room due to the electronic lock system not working. Spa is excellent. 👍"
