✔ No parties, drugs or unregistered guests - These are not permitted, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.

✔ Quiet hours - Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM, out of respect for neighbors and the building.

✔ A £250 fine applies if any of the above rules are broken, deducted from the security deposit hold.
