The White Water Oceanfront Home offers two inviting bedrooms for a relaxing stay. The spacious master suite features a luxurious king-size bed and a large bathroom with a soaking tub & rain shower. The guest bedroom has a cozy queen bed and closet with access to a full guest bathroom. Central heating ensures comfort year-round. Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, or explore the many unique dining options just minutes away.

Amazing views! House sits on the edge of the cliff with no obstructions. Great window bench seating to enjoy the views, watch the sunset and look for whales - we should have brought our binoculars!

Spectacular location, and despite the remoteness of the property, a full service grocery store only 10 mins away in Manchester. This location in Irish Beach, is convenient to go exploring the towns and sites up and down the CA coast.

I have stayed at Morgan House before and really enjoyed it, so decided to book again. Really like the peacefulness of Irish Beach and the house provides everything one might need to have an enjoyable and memorable vacation. Hot tub worked perfectly and all appliances were in good working order. Would love to return!

We stayed at Morgan House thirty-five years ago when everything was shiny and new. This house is still comfortable and has views to die for. Next time, I will remember to bring bath soap.

We had a great stay at the Morgan House! It does need some fixing up, but it's so cozy and the views are to die for! The owner Sandy is such a lovely person! It's definitely a great place to stay, it is for sale sadly. We will stay again for sure if it's still available in the future.

Wonderful location on the cliffs with spectacular ocean view. Loved the place. Only issue was the tv didn’t seem to work when we went to watch a movie at night. But who cares with this kind of you definitely coming back

Delightedly walked into an incredible view over the ocean cliffs. Spectacular views with full windows across the whole house on the ocean side. Spectacular sunsets and captivating by the storms blowing in from the distant ocean! Easy to use fireplace and hot tub enjoyed by our family. Highly recommend.

We’ve stayed here several times, and other rentals in Irish beach. But we always come back to the Morgan House. Saw that it is for sale now. Just hope if it does change hands, the new owners will continue with the rental program.

The location is great if you like private and remote. You have to drive a little far to get to the nice restaurants. The picture windows were great, really enjoyed the panoramic views. Not all the windows had blinds and the sun was a little intense at times. Because of the proximity to restaurants the owners should consider a better grille. Don’t mean to be so critical and think this place has a lot of potential. I am grateful that we were able to stay there and would return.

This property is all about the view!! There were 5 of us friends and there was enough room and places to sleep for all of us. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises to sunsets and couldn’t have asked for more perfect weather. Trying to find the beach was a challenge. Use the instruction in the binder as the cell service is sketchy for GPS. The beach is called Irish Beach. The hot tub was great the first evening and the sky was so dark we could easily see the Milky Way! The property is a bit dated but who cares with the view!! It was clean and everything we needed for a great pause and refresh for all of us!

We loved this house, and it is hard not to give it a 5/5. The view is everything that you would expect from pictures. The view dominates the house, it's amazing. Enjoying the hot tub while watching the sunset was a favorite for sure. The house has comfy beds, couch but it just needs a deep clean and some new screens. A few minor updates would be great.

Our family of 6 and fur baby, throughly enjoyed our stay. We come to Irish beach every summer, this was our first time at this property - and intend to book here in the coming years. We came for the ocean, and this home does not disappoint- the views are incredible! The hot tub was a wonderful way to end our day. We ended up only using one of the two bedrooms as the kids preferred to sleep in the living room with the views. Thankfully we always travel with our own blankets and sheets so they were very comfortable there. The host was great, quickly responded to our questions .. it was a wonderful visit. Thank you for sharing your home with us !

1. Location and views are excellent. 2. Actually it is not ready to have any guest if you like to have a hotel business. 3. I mean the entire house is too old and many things need to repair/replace immediately.

The house and view was good but the night we arrived a Hurricane came with 80 to100 mile winds and massive rain. The power went the next morning. With no power and heat [we had water] we were forced to huddle in front of the fireplace. Powerlines and trees blocked the roads out of there. We booked 6 nights but after 4 nights we were able to leave. the refunded 4 days to us. If we had power during our stay it would have been good. Steve and Carol
