The Space:

We are excited to welcome you to Highline | The Heim, a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment located in the heart of Manchester city centre. The property features a private balcony with city views, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to shared building amenities including a pool and gym. This apartment sleeps up to 2 guests.



Kitchen & dining area

The open-plan kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, oil, and salt & pepper. There is a dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those travelling on business.



Bedroom

There is one king-size bedroom, fitted with room-darkening shades and clothing storage. Fresh bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided to ensure a restful night's sleep.



Bathroom

The bathroom features a walk-in shower with hot water. We offer towels and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.



Living area

The living area features a Smart TV perfect for streaming your favourite shows. A dedicated workspace means you can easily catch up on work during your stay. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable sofa bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. Outdoor space

Step out onto your private balcony and take in the views across the Manchester cityscape - a great spot for a morning coffee or an evening wind-down after a day exploring the city.



Location & parking

This property is located in Manchester's city centre. You can reach the vibrant Northern Quarter, the Arndale shopping centre, the National Football Museum, Piccadilly Train Station, and Piccadilly Gardens all within a short walk. Public parking is available off premises - charges may apply. Please note that as a city centre apartment, there is potential for noise from outside and other building inhabitants during your stay.

Guest Access:

Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.



In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £30 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released within 1 working day of check-out.



Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Northern Quarter/Ancoats. You can be Manchester’s central bar and retail district within a short walking distance. Manchester Piccadilly train station is a short 10 minute walk away.



Other Things to Note:

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas.
