The property is a house with two floors.

One Bedroom is downstairs, with 2 x single beds.

Three Bedrooms are upstairs, with 2 x Double Beds and 2 x Single Beds upstairs.

There are stairs with no stair lift and there is no accessibility for guests who cannot climb stairs, unfortunately.

Alternatively, a Bus Stop is just outside the house and the Train Station is just a 10 minute walk away.

PLEASE NOTE: for your security and protection, we have CCTV outside the property on the Front and Rear. Noise Monitors are also present, as parties and loud disruptions are not strictly forbidden.

Upon booking, we will require your ID, a deposit and a guest holiday let agreement will be sent to you for your approval. If any of these three items are not submitted back to us, we will not be able accommodate your booking.
