This modern two-bedroom duplex apartment has everything you need for your next trip to Manchester. The apartment has an open-plan living and dining area which is spacious but cosy. It is kitted out with a 40-inch Smart TV, washing machine, and all the kitchen essentials.

The Space:
We have a sleek dining table that seats 4 and a comfy sofa bed, perfect to relax and watch some TV after a day of exploring. This apartment is a great place to stay for families or groups of friends.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge, pans, dishes, cups, glasses etc. We are sure you will have everything you need to rustle up some delicious food for you and the other guests.

The bedrooms have a clean finish and have been designed with comfort as the main focus. Both have a double divan-style bed, made up with luxury, hotel quality linen ensuring a blissful sleep.

The main bathroom is spacious and has a very luxurious feel. It is fully equipped with a bath and shower, wash basin, towel rail, and toilet. You will enjoy our hotel-style toiletries.

Our homely duplex is situated just off Monton road, which is home to some lovely top-rated bars and restaurants including Blind Pig Eccles, 6 Cut, La Turka Bistro, Leo's Bar and Grill as well as some lovely cafes including The Coffee House and Kitchen and Oats and Honey.

The apartment is close to a number of local attractions including Worsley Golf Club which can be reached in under 5 minutes. The apartment is also just a 10 minute drive away from The Trafford Centre, Manchester’s largest shopping centre, which is home to Selfridges, The Odeon Cinema, Barton Square, Legoland, Sealife and over 100 high street stores - making it the perfect stopover for Black Friday or Boxing Day sales! Chill Factore is a 10 minute drive away, where you can have heaps of fun on Manchester’s very own indoor ski slopes. For the footy fans, Old Trafford is a 15 minute drive away, making this the perfect base for all Manchester United fans.

The exterior of the property was very poorly maintained and dirty. The steps leading up to the door were broken, uneven and dangerous, especially in the rain. Kitchen was well equipped but there were no tea towels, just a small bunch of paper towels. Some tea, coffee and milk were provided.The bathroom had several patches of disgusting black mould which was very unpleasant. The fan didn't work properly and was very noisy.The apartment was listed as accommodating 6, and we specifically picked it because there were 4 in our party and we needed 3 beds. The two bedrooms were clean and satisfactory, although the blinds in the main bedroom didn't function properly. Though we found some sheets for the sofa bed in the lounge, there was no duvet. When I contacted the vrbo team I was told that bedding wasn't provided for the third bed!!! How can it accommodate 6 people with no bedding?! I then received another message saying that the bedding was in the wardrobe. It wasn't. We had to borrow bedding from family. Though there were 4 in our party we only had one key between us which was a pain to say the least.All in all, we thought the property was overpriced for where it was and it needs some urgent attention before it is rented out again.
