Late check-out is available if requested in advance and there is capacity at a fee of £30 per hour

Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.

Parties or events of any kind will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in eviction from the apartment and additional charges for any damages or additional cleaning required.
