The finca offers a cosy living/dining room with a fireplace and high ceilings, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms and an additional half-bath and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning only in the living room, a fireplace, satellite TV, toys, a baby cot and a high chair. Directly adjacent to the house is a covered terrace with a dining area and comfortable lounge furniture. Another terrace with a barbecue and a dining area provides for a terrific culinary experience in the open air. The absolute highlight of the accommodation is the 70 m² pool, which is surrounded by a sun terrace, recliners and a pergola. The Mediterranean atmosphere is underlined by the wide lawn, the regional vegetation and the view of the mountains. Here you will be given a maximum level of privacy and the worries of everyday life are quickly forgotten. The supermarket is 9.1 km or an 10-minute drive away and a selection of restaurants is 9.5 km away in the centre of Manacor. After 15 km or a 20-minute drive, you will reach Sa Canova PLaya Virgen, a beautiful, natural stand with fine sand.
