Comfortably accommodating 10 guests, this townhome is an ideal getaway for lively family reunions or gathering of friends. Natural lighting and golden woodwork greet guests as they step onto this 2-level home’s open foyer. Take the steps down to find a convenient first-floor mudroom outside the garage, perfect for ski and hiking gear. There’s also a convenient laundry room. This level hosts an assortment of sleeping accommodations, including 1 primary bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and patio access, 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds, and 1 guest bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Upstairs, a vast living, dining, and kitchen area sits beneath a vaulted ceiling. The open kitchen features GE appliances and a spacious island that doubles as a 4-seat breakfast bar. Great family reunion stay

Great property! Good location with beautiful view, clean, well managed, and easy to checkin and checkout (none of the typical rules like collect all the towels or sheets; just leave!). Negatives are the mattresses (like sinking into a sandpit, but some people like that I guess...) and lack of access to the pool. Overall highly recommended.

Summer in mammoth

We have used this property before in the winter. This time, it was a summer stay. These townhomes are close to hiking, fishing, biking and the lakes. We are grandparents, parents and grandchildren...a party of 10. The house fits us well.

It was good fireplace needed to be more lighted no flame I understand it’s for ambience but the other houses had bigger fire that was the biggest disappointment we where looking forward to a fire there was a maintenance issue needed a part and also in light on the patio on top

Great Big House

Nice and roomy home for 2-3 families. Great location with views and facilities. We enjoyed the pool table, foosball, and jacuzzi everyday after being on the mountain. Will definitely book this property again. Thanks Rich

spacious, clean and quite property

We stayed the July 4th weekend for 4 nights. The house is spacious so kids loved to play in the common area & parents enjoyed playing the billiards. It is located in a quite neighborhood away from any traffic, yet convenient if you need to go to the downtown or ski or parks. Overall, we like this house and would highly recommend it

Great Place for Family

Been coming to Mammoth Lakes annually for past 30 years. I’ve stayed in many units during that time. My family and I give this one five stars as it met our needs and the one time I had to call manager they were super quick and helpful. Great communication on their end. Would definitely like to come again.

Mammoth house

We loved our stay at this beautiful, spacious house, it was very cozy and very roomy for our big group of 10. The only thing that was lacking was kitchen items. Simple things like cookie sheets/rags to clean counters ( plenty of fish towels), and maybe needed a blender. Overall, great house and we will definitely be staying there again.

The Best Views!

Check-in was super easy and you drive right past the spot to grab your keys and return them on your way into/out of town. The Great Room upstairs is the best part with a cozy fireplace, huge couch for family, pool table for fun and a large open kitchen. This is PERFECT for groups because of the large open area where you'll spend most of your time if not sleeping. People can be cooking in the kitchen and still be part of the conversation with the others playing pool and watching a movie on the large tv. The place was clean and had all the kitchen utensils we needed to cook a few great, large meals. I would absolutely stay here again!

Spacious place with a view

This townhome is spacious and open, yet retains that warm and cozy atmosphere. The view from the back deck is peaceful. Everything was clean on arrival and the unit is well furnished. The right side screen door on the deck gave us some issues and we were able to get it back in the track. This happened a few times and could use a more permanent repair. I would stay here again.

Great Stay- except...

The can opener needs to be replaced... so instead of an A++, we are giviing it an A+. We had a large group of 10. 5 adults and 5 kids (14 YO's) and everyone ejoyed the place. The kids loved the pool and foosball tables as well as the hot tub (6 minute walk). Kids froze coming back from hot tub but found it very exciting to 'freeze' coming back. All in all, we had great stay and would come back. Management company was very responsive over text.

Snowbound trip April 2023

Had a wonderful time with family and friends. Party of 8 adults and plenty of room for everyone. Large kitchen with all the necessary items to enjoy a good sit down meal. Plenty of seating at the table and very large sectional. When we weren't on the mountain we could relax watching tv, playing pool and foosball. Everyone felt comfortable in this large townhome. Management was attentative to answering all my questions. The association had their crew out to plow the street and driveway and clear the snow off roads and even the gas meter. Due to the record amount of snowfall, we didn't have access to the house from the frontdoor; entering thru the garage was very easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Snow creek

For the most part, our stay was very comfortable. My son in law did say that when he pulled the comforter back in the main MBR, there were “hairs” on the sheets, and a mask under the fitted sheet. The other beds seemed to be in order. Also, the sliding screen door upstairs was completely off the track and would not slide. I texted and sent an email to the management company, but got no response. On the positive, the location is perfect and quiet. Very large and roomy. Fun playing pool - with the exception of either broken poolques or tips missing. I would still stay here again. Please, management, stay or respond to the “renters”

Sibling Vacation 2020

I loved the property! It was more than enough room for my nine siblings and myself. It was clean, with plenty of pots, pans, dishes to cook with. Polynesian families love to eat! We use the bbq grill, and took hikes on the trails right outside. There is a beautiful view of the Sherwin Mountains from the kitchen, living room and the 2 down stairs rooms. There was so much to see and do. We hit as many lakes as we could. We started with June Lake, then Silver Lake, Convict Lake, Crowley Lake, Rock Creek Lake was my favorite. There was just so much beauty around it was hard to choose what to do the next day. We hike to Devils Postpile, Rainbow Falls, and had to try out Wild Willy's Hot Springs (yes, there is nudity). It was a vacation to remember! If I had a question, I just sent an email and response is usually within a few minutes.

Amazing House With Great Views

Overall an amazing house, spacious, with great views! Doesn’t have AC, which shouldn’t be a problem if you’re out site seeing. The fridge also wasn’t really working, took forever to cool and freeze. Would definitely recommend to a large family!

Absolutely Perfect!!

The house is huge and has everything you would need to make a vacation perfect! The location is excellent, the views are magnificent! there was lots of room for the entire family to be comfortable, there was even an extra bedroom that never got used. We would love to stay here again!

Lovely home for a large family

We really enjoyed this property. The layout is perfect for our family: grandparents, 2 families with 2 children each. The grandchildren. had a ball hosting foosball tournaments while the adults played pool. The kitchen is very well stocked which we appreciated as we eat dinners in. When we did have problem with a leaking toilet, the property manager was immediately responsive and someone was there within an hour. We would definitely stay in this unit again.
