If you are looking for breathtaking, panoramic views, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom

spacious floorplan, and a place where even fido can tag look no further! This

light and bright condo located in Phase 5 of the Snowcreek community is the

perfect location for your Mammoth Mountain getaway. The upstairs features

vaulted ceilings with large windows framing the gorgeous mountain views, cozy

gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and access to the large back deck with

gas BBQ. Sit, relax and enjoy your morning coffee while taking it all in! The

master bedroom downstairs has a California King bed, large flatscreen TV, en-

suite bathroom with double vanity, and access to a large lower back deck. The

walk-in closet has even been converted to a kids bunk room with 2 full sized

Twin beds! The second bedroom upstairs has a King bed, (with Tempur-pedic

mattress topper available), large flatscreen TV and access to the shared

hallway bathroom. Additional features include a queen sofa bed in the living

room for additional guests, private washer and dryer in the laundry room

downstairs, and baby/dog gate installed at the top of the stairs. There is a

private 1 car garage, with space in the driveway for 1 additional vehicle. The

living room has high speed internet, cable TV, DVD player and family games.

All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to

enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness

facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum

of 6 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided

two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel

free to call our office for alternative options. There are 5 stairs to the

unit, 2 levels inside, and no smoking is permitted. This unit is pet-friendly!

Best condo in Mammoth

We loved everything about this condo. The location is our favorite, it was so clean, and had the best appointed kitchen of any place we have ever stayed. The views from the upper deck are fabulous, we so enjoyed eating out there. The bonus is that the condo is pet friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

A Peaceful Stay

Snowcreek #997 was great. It was immaclate and decorated so cute for the holidays. We felt like we were at home. It is located in a perfect place to walk around and close to Eagle lodge. My squad of 3 professional women who DH mountain bike for our escape found this the perfect spot. The condo is very clean, well appointed and kitchen has everything you need. Loved the view and appreciated the garage to store our bikes at night. We will stay here again next summer!

Loved our stay at this beautiful condo in Snowcreek V. Beautiful views off the back decks, quiet and peaceful - even during a busy festival weekend. Well appointed with everything you might need: all kitchen supplies and utensils, Keurig coffee maker stocked with an assortment of gourmet coffees, portable fans and humidifiers to keep things cool and comfortable, extra bedding and super comfy beds. Couldn't ask for more - we'll definitely book here again!

This was by far the cleanest and nicest vacation rental I have stayed at in Mammoth. This place had everything!! Even a built in gate at the top if the stairs for dogs and children, AND pillow tops for the beds!

Everything was great! We loved the peaceful neighborhood and gorgeous views. The condo was warm and inviting. One suggestion for the Management Company to remind guests to turn the water heater temperature up. When I needed to shower, the water was cold and I needed to wait. Other than that, no complaints!

Perfect place!
