Introducing this one of a kind mountain home, the perfect location for your dream retreat to Mammoth Lakes, sitting right on the creek! Over 2,700 square feet this large floorplan features 2 bedrooms + loft and 3 full bathrooms. Endless private amenities such as a loft with foosball table, 1-car garage, laundry room with private washer and dryer, private deck with gas BBQ grill. Relax and enjoy entertaining on the main level living room with cozy wood-burning fireplace and large comfortable sectional, Smart TV with Apple TV and streaming apps (no cable), and open concept kitchen with large island perfect for serving up those vacation cocktails. Cook like a gourmet chef in the completely stocked kitchen and enjoy family dining. The master bedroom on the main level features a King bed, Smart TV, large private bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower, and access to the main deck. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, flatscreen TV and private bathroom as well. The loft upstairs is perfect for the kids with a comfy couch to hang out on that also turns into a Queen sleeper sofa bed, Smart TV, foosball table, bunk bed with a Twin on the top and Double on the bottom, and a Twin trundle bed underneath. (PLEASE NOTE: THIS COMPLEX IS SCHEDULED FOR A PAINTING AND SIDING PROJECT AT SOME POINT THIS SUMMER. WHILE WE DO NOT HAVE EXACT DATES, THERE MAY BE SOME NOISE OR ACTIVITY DURING YOUR STAY) This home has a 1-car garage and driveway that can accommodate 1 vehicles, with additional guest parking across the street. The Lodges at Snowcreek is one of the most sought after communities in Mammoth and without a doubt the best place for your dream mountain retreat. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Wonderful Mammoth home

We enjoyed our stay - house was exactly as described and pictured - spacious, clean, small/quiet neighborhood, great location. We had a family of 5 adults, it was perfect. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful, spacious, well kept rental along the beautiful scenic mammoth golf course. We loved everything about it. Even though they allow pets, it was spotless and clean. I only docked one point for ease of check in because you have to go to the mammoth property office to pick up keys instead of keyless entry. Regardless, we will be staying again soon. Thank you!

What a great location with maybe the best spot on the beach! The condo was very clean with a well stocked kitchen and even an ice maker in the bar area. The main shower and tub were spacious. We were able to secure beach chairs everyday and really enjoyed our time there. It was just steps from the outdoor pools to the beach. We will stay again!

Great family place!

We had a great stay. House was perfect for our family of 5. We parked in guest parking because garage had mtn bikes in it and there was not room for our SUV. It was right across the street so it was super easy. Great neighborhood!

Extremely well maintained and clean with attached garage, and a laundry room off the kitchen. The loft was bigger than we anticipated, and plenty of room for kids to hang out. Fireplace was set up and easy to use. Well worth the expense and would definitely stay here again. We have been to Mammoth several times in winter and summer. This is the nicest place we have stayed. Problems: we could not get the oven to turn on, and front door lock was extremely hard to open. We had to enter through the garage. Hopefully both these problems will be fixed soon.

Memorial Day weekend getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at this beautiful and spacious home. We are two families with 2 children each. So it's the prefect size for us. The parents get their own room and bathroom and the kids enjoy their space upstairs. We also bring our two small dogs with us so it's nice that it is dog friendly! We will be back. We always have a wonderful stay at this rental! Big Mahalo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A beautiful and comfortable condo; that alllowed our little fur baby to be with us. We have stayed in SnowCreek for many many years and this is one of the best. During our vacation, there was a lot of snow (3-4 feet) they really need to have a snow shovel so we could get the car out of the garage.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Host and very responsive team during our stay.Comfortable and cozy home for our party of six. Loved the access to year round spa right on the same street as this home and the very open and inviting floorplan. Home is exactly as shown on the listing. Only downside was size of the garage and the owners belongings in it that didn’t allow for our Hummer H2 to fit into the space so we had to park outside but otherwise fantastic experience!
