Jeff has a lot to learn if he wants to be a successful VRBO host. I realize that 12 guests prior to us had positive experiences, however, I cannot help but think that these were all written by friends of his. The space resembled and reminded me of when I crashed at my friends frat house in college. The property was far from clean. The bedding on the pull out couch was covered in dog and human hair. After seeing the overwhelming amount of hair I then realized why everything in the space was dark colored from the sheets to the towels. My wife had to spend the next several hours of our vacation going back and forth from the Westin's laundry facility in order to ensure that everything was clean. When we proceeded to remove the pillow covers we saw the, what seemed to be, urined stained pillows.
Our family of 4, between skiing and daily activities, had to take multiple showers per day however Jeff only supplied 4 dark colored towels in total. Instead of a bath mat that could be hung out to dry, all that was supplied was a rug.
I have attached pictures. One is of my backpack that was placed under the night stand next to my bed. When I went to retrieve it the next day, that is what it looked like.
I could add a lot more, but the last thing I will point out is the broken closet door which made it nearly impossible to access what was inside.
Jeff, I apologize for the negative review but, as I stated before, you have a lot to change if you want to create an acceptable experience for your guests.
