Modern Mountain Getaway in the Forest of Mammoth

This newly remodeled fall 2022 modern mountain getaway is situated in a quiet wooded neighborhood of Mammoth adjacent to canyon lodge. It is 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from Canyon Lodge, adjacent to bike / ski and hiking trails, and under one mile from the restaurants, shops and entertainment of North Village. Behind the condo is the village ski back trail so you can ski/ride from the mountain to the condo.

Ideal for 6 to 8 people, any season of the year. This 1100 square foot, two-story condominium is well equipped with all the comforts of your own home to enjoy your vacation.

On the 1st floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a island from which the view of Canyon Lodge is exciting when skiers are on the slopes. The dining room opens up to the balcony that has some chairs. In the living room, the comfortable sofa opens into a queen size bed. It is equipped with a 65" television with a Sonos sound bar and a modem/wi fi router.

A full bathroom with an efficient electric heater is also on the 1st floor.

The gas fireplace has a thermostat blower for efficient heating. There is also a wall electric heater.

The 2nd floor has the primary bedroom, the bedroom loft and full bathroom. BTC # 5337

Beautiful condo with great amenities

Spacious condo with a fully stocked kitchen. We visited in the summer and enjoyed using the pool, hot tub and tennis court!

Mammoth Ski & Racquet getaway

Great location right next to Canyon Lodge which is walking distance. Great features: car can park inside a garage and the locker at Canyon Lodge. Another great feature is the sleeping accommodations, plenty of comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the hot spa at the end of a ski day. Overall, this place has many great features and is well kept condo with excellent amenities.

We had a great time staying at the condo , great location especially if you are skiing in mammoth, we went to Yosemite and it was close enough to go two days consecutively about 45 min away also very close to June lake .

Great spot! Extremely clean, all the amenities included, and fantastic location. Interior was upgraded but still had a cabin vibe. The loft worked out great for my two teenage boys would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

The entire place is incredibly we’ll decorated, very clean, spacious, and the kitchen is very well stocked! Great service when the batteries stopped working on the entry pad.

Nice - but a bit tight

We enjoyed our stay at the condo, though the space was much smaller than we anticipated. All beds are Fulls and not Queens, which made sleeping 2 people to each bed very challenging. Bathrooms and kitchen are great and well stocked. We stayed in the summer, but I would be concerned staying in the winter, as the driveways are very steep and there are quite a few stairs to climb.
