Amazing

Great listing in a great location. Loved being on the golf course and we loved the underground parking. Spa was really nice, too. Appreciate the space we had in the condo, and the location being so close to all our favorite parts of town.

Beautiful and comfortable condo

All the comforts of home and the privacy of this condo is the most important feature. Granted, we stayed during the off season so there were hardly any other guests so felt like we were in a remote cabin in the woods!

Convenient location and well maintained

Close / easy access to the Eagle Lodge and chair 15. The property is well maintained with comfortable furnature and a well stocked kitchen. The only downside is that it's a bit of a walk from the parking garage to the unit, but that was't a big issue for us.

Mammoth Vacation Stay

My family and I enjoyed our time in Mammoth fishing and hiking. Our condo was centrally located with lakes and hiking trails nearby. The condo was well appointed and very clean. The management company was responsive to questions and concerns.

Awesome property near Eagle Lodge.

It’s clean. Nice and spacious. Kitchen has all tools you would need. Hot tub quite some walk away in the cold BUT it’s one of the best hot tubs, temperature wise, around Mammoth. Super good after a long day of snowboarding.

Clean home and responsive communication from property manager. Description was accurate (unit, location). It would have been nice to know that the spa was closed due to covid guidelines, but minor issue. We enjoyed our Mammoth trip, thank you.

Snowy weekend

The condo was great just as advertised. We got 4 feet of snow while we were there. The loading and unloading is extreme, but once in, the private walk was nice. Kids had fun with snow there- lots of snowballs and selfies. Beds are comfy. Wash/dryer worked well. They were prompt with the snowplows. No complaints at all. Would 100% stay here again.

Wonderful, Spacious, Clean, Comfortable

Wonderful location of very clean and comfortable Mammoth Condo. Location is a little challenging as you have a bit of a walk and some stairs to contend with to get to unit, but once you are down to condo, it is very quiet and secluded. Worth the effort!!! Also Nomadness property management is top tier, with prompt replies to questions and service needs. Bravo to them!

Nice Stay in Mammoth

Property was well appointed, kitchen well stocked and good supply of bedding and towels. I had read about the distance to the parking garage and didn't give it much notice. It could be a problem for some folks, a long walk and a flight of stairs. On the upside the location is very quiet and private. Would definitely return.

Wonderful condo!

Entering this property is like entering a friend's house. It's beautifully decorated, feels like new, very well stocked with everything you could need. The outside was being painted while we were there, and the painters were very considerate of us. So, now the outside looks like new also. The location is wonderful. It's right across the street from the golf course, and also has a view of the course. It's very quiet and private. It's single story, which we really liked, and even though there are people who live above it we never heard them. It's a wonderful place to stay.

Exceptionally clean and well presented condo, exceeded our expectations

We were a family of 5 with children aged 8, 10 and 16. We found the space adequate for our needs and very convenient for skiing out of Eagle Lodge. The condo is well equipped, reasonably new and nicely furnished. Perhaps the only drawback is the distance between underground parking and the front door but this would certainly not influence this review or our desire to stay there again. The owners have left a decorated Christmas tree for us which was a nice touch. There were many board games and books which would have come useful had the week not been so perfect for skiing. We really liked it!

Wonderful Solstice Condo

Been to three different Soltice units here in Mammoth. This was our favorite one. Well stocked. Plenty of room for our family of four. Great location. The only issue that we had was some stranger took one of our 2 parking spots the last day. Asked if the neighbor parked there, but that was not the case. Sent a text to the manager after hours. Not really much they could have done I suppose. But made it a hassle for family to visit as there is no general parking for anyone else after 6 pm.

Arrived to find dishwasher full of dirty water which wouldn't empty. Dishes in cupboards dirty and chipped. Management company unhelpful and unresponsive.

Nice location and unit but no hot water for the entire stay

We travel often and stay in vrbo rentals. We love Mammoth and have wanted to stay at this property for years. This is our 1st bad review ever…. It was a very nice place and we would recommend it except for one important issue. Cold… and we mean cold showers. Which is a problem in our opinion. We notified the manager called Nomadness and they sent out their people to fix it but no luck. They told us to run the water a long time but after 20 minutes the water was colder! They weren’t able to solve the problem over a 4 night stay. Management lead us to believe they would consider giving us a cold water discount but never did - which is fine. That was their decision. We just have to be honest with our review. Hope they fix this problem because otherwise it is a great rental. In the end we were told it has to do with their boiler heating system and the location of this particular unit is far away and the other units get the hot water first. Not sure if the is the issue but that was the final explanation. We really wanted to like this property.
