2 Bedroom+Loft mountain lodge close to everything!

Newly updated townhome in the Sherwin Villas complex close distance to many popular Mammoth restaurants and wo shuttle stops to take you all over town. All furnishings are brand new and everything has been thought out to ensure you have comfortable stay. This light-filled and sunny south facing 2 bedroom + private loft with 2.25 baths is in the most desirable location in the complex. Facing into the lushly landscaped center of Sherwin Villas with gorgeous views of the mountains! It is in the quietest area of the condo complex. The kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need to enjoy meals at home. The condo is very kid friendly with kids plates, bowls and silverware as well as a pack n play and safety gates for the stairs. The condo is located just steps from the beautiful seasonal pool and tennis court, the two year-round spas, sauna and laundry room. With approximately 1258 sq ft of living space there is room for friends and family. The bedrooms both offer queen beds, the loft has 2 twin beds and the couch in the living room pulls out into a queen sleeper. The central location on the free town shuttle route take you right to the mountain in minutes without needing a car. You are also within a block of Vons, Rafters, Roberto’s, Jimmy’s Taverna, The Warming Hut, Mammoth Mountaineering, Minaret Movie Theater, Starbucks, The Booky Joint, Giovanni’s, etc… there is something for everyone! Great spot

Stayed with our kids and another family. Walkable to great restaurants and 7 mins to Canyon Lodge. Kids loved the loft. Would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying here! It’s was perfect size for 2 families. The location was so close to a lot of great restaurants and shops. The free shuttle was close by. It was stocked with everything you could need, beds were comfy and the complex was really quiet. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next mammoth adventure!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean, updated and comfortable. Easy to access and park. No laundry in unit. So.. don't forget to bring quarters from home for washer/dryer. Our only real complaint was the starter toilet paper? Really? We paid $720 per night over the holidays, for that amount we should get enough TP for the 4 days we were there and then some.

Clean and convenient

The place was clean and the location was perfect. The decor was nice and there was everything you needed in the condo. Only downside was there is no AC or ventilation upstairs or living room and the screen door needs to be replaced. Also, the photos made it seem the place was huge.

Mammoth Lakes mini vacation

My family and I have never been to Mammoth lakes decided to take a mini-vacation after being like that home for 3 months since everything had been lifted the location was just as listed is was really close to everything short drive from the lakes I was beautiful very clean quiet perfect for our family.

Great place to stay

We came there with down family and friends. It was convenient to go around from here to various point of interests. The place was very clean and wifi was great as well. We loved the loft the most.
