"Stayed here for one night. Solo female. Everything was very clean. Hotel is on a dead end drive and just off the highway exit. Tons of shopping around. Felt very safe. Bed was very comfortable and I especially loved the window seat! Stayed in a basic room with one queen bed. No fridge or microwave. Roku TV so you can stream any services you have accounts with. Will definitely stay here again if ever needed."

"The staff was great and helpful. The breakfast bar was spotless and well maintained! Our room was disappointing as it was pretty beat up and the floors were dirty, not even swept well. On a good note, the bed was very comfortable. We didn't spend a lot of time in our room, but it could have been cleaned better."

Hampton Inn Albany-Wolf Road (Airport)

"The Hampton Inn was nice and within walking distance of a couple of restaurants. The room was nice and comfortable. My only complaint was the airport shuttle. I called from the airport to get a shuttle and was told it would arrive in 5- 10 minutes. After a second call the shuttle finally arrived after a 45 minutes. The next morning I went down to the lobby as instructed at 9:55 am for the 10:00 am shuttle. I was told the shuttle runs every hour on the hour. At 10:15 am I complained and found out the shuttle driver was cleaning up after breakfast. We finally left at about 10:20am. They are obviously short handed. Unfortunately, airlines don’t say we will wait until after breakfast is cleaned up!"

Holiday Inn Saratoga Springs by IHG

"I didn’t know where the front desk was when I went in. It looked like the check in for the restaurant. There was no one around. I walked around and finally found someone to ask where the front desk for the hotel was. I still had to wait for 2 people to come out. Then his computer didn’t work. The other person who seemed annoyed had to help me check in. She did ask if I had a preference, I asked for a low level room, minimal walking to out side. She put me on the first floor way in the back. My vehicle was out front. Did not ask if I needed any help with anything. By the time I got to my room, long walk! I went in and have to say your hotel just looks old and worn and not inviting. I was looking forward to the pool or hot tub, only to find out the pool is outside and no hot tub. By the time I was finished with all that, the restaurant had closed and I couldn’t get anything to eat. When I got up, looking forward to my coffee, the coffee machine didn’t work. I had to walk all the way down to the front area for coffee and NO continental breakfast or quick bites of any kind to go with it. Horrible experience, Horrible place to stay and Horrible coffee. Could not even get a hot chocolate. Not worth half the money I paid. Horrible hotel for such a pretty area."
