"Most of the staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was fine and staff good. Unfortunately restaurant closes a little early and they stop taking orders 15 mins prior. We arrived at the restaurant 25 mins prior to closing and was behind another guest. The manager told us to wait as he would be right back but only came back 10 mins later to tell us that we would need to go eat elsewhere as the restaurant was closing. Very unprofessional and comments were also made by other guests who...
"Good clean room, air conditioning was welcome in the summer heat. It was a little further from the main town than I was expecting. The downsides are the internet is ridiculously slow and to get faster internet there’s an additional charge as was the 15 pound charge to check in early, which I understand if you were asking for an 8am check in but, to charge that much when you’re an hour early seems a bit money gouging."
"For a budget hotel (although I did stay in a Premium room) the room was really quiet and the bed was large. I slept really well. Lovely shower, fun design details - painting, large lamp, coffee machine. The room felt spacious. I’d stay again."
"I stayed in all premier inn hotels during my 14 day England trip and this was the worst. It wasn’t horrible, but when you compare it to the rest, it’s way below standard. We arrived around 4pm and our room was missing items. A staff ran into our room as we were entering to finish up the room. My sister’s quad room was missing beds. I stayed in a quad too and it was big. It does have plenty of parking and Aldi plus McDonald’s are next door. We went all over Cottswold and found this hotel location...
