The parking was on the property and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was included in the price and had nice pastries, yogurt, coffee, and tea. "This is my second stay at this hotel and I love it here! The location is convenient and quiet. I went to the Dry Tortugas this year and the Ferry was literally 5 minutes away! Duval and shopping is less than a 10 minute walk. There is a bike rental basically next door, and they will give you discounted rates if you stay at the hotel. "The location can't be beat; it's perfect. The parking lot across the street that charges $20 for 24hrs is a huge plus. Both buildings have a historic "Key West" look.The landscaping is lovely. The pool area is well appointed and very private. The rooms are very nice, but ours was very small (I missed having a chair in the room). There are steep stairs to the second level, so be sure to request a first floor room if necessary. Breakfast entree could be better, but it was enough to start the day....
