"This property is in need of several repairs and upgrades. Elevator was not working, air conditioner in the room was not working, bathroom tile walls had very visible dirt and stains from neglect and poor standards of cleaning. I would think twice and check around before booking here, the location is great but the hotel has degraded significantly over the years since our family last stayed here."

"Location is great for activities. Staff was friendly. Even though Rosters are part of Key West, they are getting out of control with crowing all night out your bedroom window (take ear plugs). There is a hidden hotel amenity fee of $39.99 per night for a couple. I did double-check Expedia advertisement and the parking fee is mentioned but not the amenity fee. If you check other sites it is mentioned. Overall it is a unique place to stay and would do it over."

"Room was great! loved all the pink. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had everything we needed. Its newer and didnt have the key west must smell that most rooms inevitably get. Its important to realize you are RIGHT next door to hogs breath. Live music bands play till midnight every night and you can hear every single word. That may be a dealbreaker for some people who like to go to bed before midnight. We loved the location though. Just tried to rebook the same room for November but its already sold out 9 months away! If you're thinking of experiencing this property, and are ok with night time music, definitely do it. "
