We visited Mercat de Santa Catalina on Sunday. There were guite quiet, only few traders. Bar la Tapita was open. We chose many pinchos from counter, cost from 0,60 €- 1,20 € each. "Certainty it's grounds which are quite well maintained, plenty of roses and other plants. Quite a large site. General amenities were good. Two large swimming pools. Hotel rooms were quite spacious. Remember to pack a portable kettle, as there are no tea or coffee making facilities within the room. ..."
