"The room was clean and the pool was nice. The message therapist I had was good. This hotel gets 4 stars and not 5 because they wanted $5.50 Euros to lock my passport in a safe. That's the only hotel in the world I've visited that did this, and I've been to a lot of hotels, especially in the EU."

"Lovely modern hotel. We arrived late and the aircon wasn’t working properly but the team investigated straight away and we were moved to another room within 30 mins. Bar and breakfast places both great and the pool areas were lovely. Bali beds are great value at €30 for two people and two free drinks included. This is a little walk from the seafront I but worth it for the space. Highly recommend."

"I absolutely loved my stay here. A beautiful hotel with amazing pools. Breakfast has alot of variety and I enjoyed it every morning. Staff were so lovely, especially the household staff. My room was extremely clean and comfortable. Air-conditioning was fantastic and much needed in 30+ degrees. There's not many places I go back to but this is definitely one place I'll return to. My only thing to complain about was the extremely poor wifi. Not usable at all. The location is truly incredible, with perfect beaches and restaurants. I'll be back sooner than later. Thankyou"

"Staff were helpful & friendly. Amenities in the hotel were great. The brunch had a good selection & helped being unlimited until 1:30pm. Location of the hotel is good, just a 5 minute walk to beach, bars & restaurants."

"Staff were friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast, air conditioning didn't work on first night and we had to sleep with the windows open and there is quite a bit of noise from other guests and street goers - pretty hot and noisy. Other than that, well-located and accommodation was sufficient for our needs. Parking is a major headache in Mallorca and next to impossible to find - be aware if you are planning to rent a vehicle."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Bon Sol! We were traveling with our 21 month old and the staff was so accommodating and welcoming. We stayed in the family room which was very comfortable and fitted with all the amenities we needed to make things convenient - baby toiletries, towel and a rolling crib. The second bathroom was super helpful and allowed for additional flexibility with our little one. The view was also so beautiful! Everyone was so willing to help with our little one making sure we were good on milk and any special meals he preferred. We enjoyed pool time (although it does get deep quickly) with hotel-provided pool noodles. My husband and I were able to really enjoy the wet spa which was such a special treat and included with a quick phone reservation. The hotel was close to some restaurants but we had a car so that was helpful getting around Mallorca. Parking was also available, however, the lot was quite tight. Honestly - one of my favorite vacation stays!"
