Clean unit. Good deck with bbq looking over water. Close to boat ramp, shops and pub. Boat parking available and set up with outside power to charge boat. Great communication with host. Would highly recommend.
We stayed 3 nights with our dog. Little yard is great for dogs. Fantastic location close to shops and water. We did some great walks. Unit is very quiet . Good design.
I would remove chest of drawers and one of the wardrobes. Travellers need somewhere to put their case or bag rather than a chest of drawers or two wardrobes.
Staying at Bruce’s was very convenient - close to everything in town and the water. The property had everything we needed for our stay (kettle, toaster, portable fan) and the facilities were quite good.

Comfortable, spacious and close to everything
The accommodation was perfect. Clean, well equipped and so close to the shops. Lou was fantastic to deal with and so helpful. Would recommend it to anyone staying in Mallacoota
We had a lovely time here, as did the small dog, who greatly appreciated having a secure yard (at number 2) to run around in. Close to the local pub which did great dinners, and to the waterfront, but still peaceful. Very retro feel and host very welcoming and helpful getting the wifi working. Would definitely stay again!
cheers

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Shabby
Old furniture, old blankets, hardly anything descent with pots & pans etc. Looked like they had all been bought at a secondhand shop - sheets worn and old.
Bathroom was modern but extremely narrow.
Had to keep switching additional switch on, to keep the air conditioner on - very cold at night.
Found it depressing & left 2 days earlier than booked.
Needs to be brought right up to scratch.
Easy, clean, and a fabulous place to visit with the pooch.
I really appreciate a clean place to visit with my dog. The small secure front yard was great. The shower needs an update and maybe its not the best located of the units for vistas but it’s in easy walking distance to the main street and foreshores.
Good location right in town. Great for our dog as had enclosed, grassy front yard. Property is certainly old but it’s comfortable. On site manager, Shane, was very helpful and friendly.
Felt very comfortable, beautiful view from the house. ( I actually painted a watercolour painting from front veranda ).Could have stayed longer, quiet little place would be busy in summer I would imagine.
Great location.
Neat tidy and comfortable.
Would stay again but ask for units with view as this is what I thought I was getting when I booked due to photos posted.
Unit I had was fine just no view.
Fantastic location, very clean and great communication with owner/manager. Perfect for a weekend away on a budget. Accommodated two couples with ease and is fantastic to be able to bring the doggos
Loved this place as did our puppy who had her own secure area to play in. Great location and the unit was very clean with everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone.
Great little property with close proximity to town centre.

Very comfortable and excellent location
Very happy with the property. Clean, comfy, with everything we needed. Close to all facilities in town. The fur babies loved the front lawn and we were happy that they were very secure in the yard. My only concern was that the lounge did not have enough support for my back. Apart from that I was very happy.

Just what we needed
For our needs - a comfortable unit without stairs, near the shops - this was just right. It was well furnished and equipped, even to a little bin for compost. Probably the most enjoyable feature was at the front. From the table on the verandah where we ate most of our meals we enjoyed the company of several species of birds feeding on the bottle-brush flowers in the garden, the wrens hopping across the lawn and the wood lizards sunning on the concrete or disappearing among the rocks and ferns.
Mallacoota itself is a peaceful yet vibrant little village (off season at least) set in Croajingalong National Park. A wonderful place for R & R.
