"Room was great. The balcony had a fabulous high tide under it. The food at the restaurant was great especially the dinners. Best salmon I've ever had! Staff were all super helpful and friendly. We can't wait to stay again."

"The reason I gave 4 stars was because there was no breakfast on the weekend. The other reason was the lady working the front desk on Thursday, October 1 evening when we checked in was not very pleasant, so it made for an unfavorable first impression. All the other staff members were very friendly."

"Wonderful stay in Malibu! The property was very clean, conveniently located, and the host was exceptionally professional and communicative. There was construction nearby, but it wasn’t an issue once we were inside—the crashing waves completely overpowered the noise and created a serene atmosphere. Parking off PCH can be tricky, especially for larger vehicles, though our small Acura SUV fit without issue. We had a great experience and would gladly stay again."

"We had an excellent stay at SA Beach #8. The location on Carbon Beach is hard to beat—the ocean views from the suite and private balcony are incredible, and having direct beach access made the entire stay feel special. We stayed for my girlfriend’s birthday, and it was the perfect setting. Waking up to the Pacific, having breakfast overlooking the water, and being able to walk straight down to the beach made for a memorable morning. The suite was clean, comfortable, beautifully designed, and exactly as represented. The Stay Awhile team was also extremely responsive and accommodating, including helping us with early access, a late checkout, and other requests throughout the stay. Great property, great location, and excellent service. We would absolutely stay here again. 5/5."

"This is an Amazing property and it was as wonderful as the pictures & reviews looked before we arrived. We did some of our board meetings at the house while everyone had great lodgings and everyone loved the house with all the amenities! The Host Crystal-Mae was excellent in communication and very proactive on all request in making the stay even more enjoyable! We would definitely use the property again in the future."
