"Gorgeous view, very nicely furnished, dolphins swam right in front of us daily between 9 and 10 am, direct access to a relatively quiet beach (though we headed to Zuma most of the time because it was better for our teens to body board) ... at high tide sitting on the balcony is like being out on a boat (without the swaying), super relaxing"

"Who would've known this property was available! Not to mention the views from here are breathtaking. A beautiful place to relax, take in the views, and read a good book. My room wasn't bad. I would've rather the ocean-view though, but it's ok. There were many outdoor benches and tables for me to sit and enjoy."

We utilized the beach chairs and boogie boards on the beach. Excellent stay and would recommend. Check in was easy, instructions were clear and the location was convenient to both Malibu beaches and nearby Santa Monica "
