"The pictures online do not reflect the room we had, the building is clean but the room we had was rundown and nothing worked. The patio doors, safe and television did not work we also had roaches. "The pools were great! The store is wonderful and has all of the necessities and more. The beach is incredible as well! If you choose to go off and explore, there are rental cars and buses very near! The staff is so kind and helpful. We really enjoyed how we were treated by the staff! Things we think need to be improved: Limited kids club hours and it’s not very exciting for children as they often stay in and colour/paint. But the staff is lovely.
