Good in high seasons like last 10 days of Ramadan

Hotel is clean with good furniture, NO transportation to Haram, transport is only from hotel to the tunnel, Parking is not free, it is 40SAR per night not per stay.

For the value of the hotel I think this is a good place. The only issue was the hill you have to climb to get to the hotel. But to get to the haram it’s really good cause there is a shuttle bus service that takes less than 4 mins to take you there and that is only a 3 min walk maximum. Musalee in the hotel that offers 5 daily salads and Jummah. Washroom is pretty modern and rooms are quite big.

True professionalism is not a common case in Saudi Arabia, however, this hotel showed exceptional character. It was a nice experience for us. We also got a relatively cheaper price in a highly crowded season. One of the managers visiting each room and asking guests about the overall experience had a solid attitude towards professionalism. Two Bangladeshi support staffs (Saiful and Mominul) were amazingly cooperative. One recommendation: It would be far better to have multilingual, more efficient, and especially English-speaking front-desk staff.
